Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dream Decors' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

  • 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking
  • 30% of the total amount must be paid at least one month before the event
  • The remaining 20% should be paid no later than one week before the event date
  • 18% GST will be applicable on all GST invoices
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and digital payments

3. Cancellation Policy

The payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the reason provided by the customer.

4. Service Delivery

  • We strive to deliver exactly as per approved designs
  • Minor variations in flowers/materials may occur based on seasonal availability
  • Setup time requirements must be coordinated with the venue
  • Client must ensure venue accessibility during agreed setup times

5. Property and Liability

  • All rental items remain the property of Dream Decors
  • Client is responsible for any damage to rental items during the event
  • Dream Decors is not liable for any delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control

6. Photography Rights

Dream Decors reserves the right to photograph the décor and use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Changes and Modifications

  • Any changes to the original design must be requested at least 7 days before the event
  • Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes
  • Dream Decors reserves the right to refuse changes that cannot be reasonably accommodated
